justify\">A presidente do SindEnfermeiro, Dayse Amar\u00edlio, recebeu na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira (04), o diretor do Hospital Regional do Parano\u00e1 (HRPa), Jo\u00e3o Marcos Silva, a gerente de enfermagem do HRPa, Liliane Cristine, o supervisor de Pronto Socorro Adulto, Ramon Maciel, e com a representante Diretoria Regional de Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Prim\u00e1ria \u00e0 Sa\u00fade (DIRAPS) da Regional Leste, Fernanda Feitosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A inten\u00e7\u00e3o da reuni\u00e3o foi aproximar representantes dos trabalhadores \u2013 sindicatos &#8211; com a superintend\u00eancia, uma vez que todos os gestores da regional est\u00e3o empenhados em montar um projeto piloto de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores. A inten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 testar inicialmente no HRPa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">De acordo com Dayse Amar\u00edlio, a reuni\u00e3o foi muito produtiva, pois o sindicato pode mostrar sua vis\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao projeto. \u201cA autonomia e a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do profissional enfermeiro, especialmente na capacidade e na reformula\u00e7\u00e3o de formas de produtividade, traz benef\u00edcios enormes, inclusive no que diz respeito \u00e0 assist\u00eancia para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, apontou Dayse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cFico muito feliz em saber da inten\u00e7\u00e3o e que eles compreendem a capacidade t\u00e9cnica e de gest\u00e3o dos enfermeiros.
